Here are answers to some of the questions frequently asked by guests looking to book with us.

How far are you from the Tourist Information Office / bus stops?

We are just under a kilometer (1km) away, a 15-minute walk from the Tourist Information Office or the drop off points of the CODA Lines and GL Trans buses.

For our guests who plan to commute to Sagada, please remember to pack light as apart from the walk down the road, there is a 200m pathway walk from the parking areas or the main road to get to the house.

Do you have a parking area?

Yes! We do have a parking area but it is off-site, less than 5-minutes walk (~200 meters) from Inandako’s since roads do not reach the house.

The fee is Php 100 / night and Php 50 for less than a day — which goes to the local church.

The parking area can get a bit muddy during the rainy season. It is also common to see grazing animals here.

The parking area is a wide grassy field. Look for a blue fenced structure at the far left when you enter the field. That is where the stairs that lead to Inandako’s are.

You may also opt to park on other private pay-parking areas in Sagada (fee: aprrox. Php 150-300 / night) which are farther away yet not more than 15 minutes walk from Inandako’s.

Is breakfast included in your rates?

Yes! So is free-flowing coffee!

We serve a sumptuous home-cooked breakfast for our guests every morning from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. If you have food allergies or personal preferences in your diet, be sure to mention it/them when you book or include the information in the reservation form.

There is no menu and guests generally get served the same food at the breakfast table, taking into consideration their allergies and dietary practices.

Inandako’s is a homestay.

This would mean that guests will be living in the same house as the host family as well as other guests; there will be shared spaces and common areas.

We humbly ask our guests not to expect the services provided by a luxury hotel but we are more than happy to provide proper assistance and care that they might request.
